Nick Kehler

Hi, I’m Nick

I started Kehler Tech Support because I enjoy working with technology and helping people feel comfortable using it. Over the years, I’ve learned that most people don’t need complicated solutions—they just need someone patient who’s willing to explain things clearly.

I graduated from Moses Lake Christian Academy in May 2010, and I have been actively serving there since 2004 in a variety of technical and support roles. From 2004 to 2006, I ran the video camera for basketball games. Since 2005, I have handled scorebook and statistics for basketball and soccer games. Beginning in 2011, I have also been responsible for running the game and shot clock for middle school and high school basketball, as well as operating the technical scoreboard for basketball and volleyball games. These roles require accuracy, consistency, and the ability to stay focused in live, fast-paced environments.

Since December 2021, I have also been serving at Moses Lake High School, where I run the game and shot clock and operate the technical scoreboard for basketball games. This work reinforces the importance of precision, timing, and clear coordination during live events.

From August 2006 through the end of June 2025, I served for nearly 19 years at Moses Lake Alliance Church, supporting services and events by running presentations, lighting, audio, cameras, and live production for funerals, memorials, weddings, programs, and special events. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, focus on details, and support people during important moments.

I grew up around my dad’s engineering firm, Kehler Engineering & Design, LLC, where I learned the importance of honesty, precision, and doing work the right way. Those values strongly shape how I approach both technology and customer service.

I have worked at Genie Industries since September 2013, helping team members with their computers and supporting receiving and inventory control operations. My daily work emphasizes accuracy, verification, and clear processes.

I also live with Asperger Syndrome, which has shaped how I think and work in positive ways. It gives me strong attention to detail, a preference for clear systems, and a patient, step-by-step approach that many people find reassuring.

Today, I focus on helping individuals, households, and older adults with patient, easy-to-understand technology support. Whether I’m setting up a new device, fixing a connection, or walking through something step by step, my goal is always the same—to make technology easier and less stressful to use.
